Substitutions

Districts have the option to provide a substitute for a registered participant who is unable to attend.

All registration substitutions will be handled on-site. Please direct any substituting teacher to see the AdvanceKY staff in the cafeteria of Bryan Station High School the first day of training.  


Cancellations

All cancellations must be received by the dates below to receive full or partial credit for registration fees.  To submit a cancellation, please click contact us at ltf@kstc.com 

  • Forty-five days prior to the first day of training for 100% credit

  • Thirty days prior to the first day of training for 50% credit 

  • Cancellations made within thirty days of the first day of training will be charged the full registration fee.

 
Absences

Teachers attending partial days will be assessed full registration fees.

All designated LTF District Contacts will be notified of any participants absent from the first day of training.
